- Years 1-2: Full parts, labor, and shipping
- Years 3-4: 75% parts (no labor, no shipping)
- Years 5-6: 50% parts (no labor, no shipping)
- Years 7-10: 25% parts (no labor, no shipping)

Returns:
- Our adjustable beds are backed by our industry-leading warranty. Should you need to return your adjustable base, you will be responsible for costs of return shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee. Adjustable bases must be returned within 30 days of arrival. We will issue a refund minus return shipping. Please do not immediately discard the boxes your adjustable base ships in just in case there’s an issue. You can submit a request using our Help Request Form below.
